This weekend Addy and I headed to Houston to visit Kelly, Eric, Olivia, and Lupe! It was so much fun. Addy did great on the trip with the exception of some crying on the way back when we landed. I think her ears were hurting because she stopped immediately when we got to a certain altitude.
We had so much fun while we were there. Addy is obsessed with Lupe and Olivia. However, she just wants them to be right by her - she does not want them to touch her! It was hilarious because she would whine for them to come over by her, but if they got too close she would cry. It was a never-ending cycle!
We went shopping and out to eat and played a bunch. The weather was bad, so we did not get to do anything outside. JC and I are trying to find a date where we can all go back. Enjoy the pictures!

Addy has a tooth!

Addy got her first tooth one week ago. :) She was fussy the day it came through but has been fine ever since. :)
We made a trip to Peru last week since JC was out of town. We got to visit both sets of grandparents and Grandma Loretta. It was fun to see everyone! Addy and I are making another trip this weekend to visit the Comerfords. We can't wait! Enjoy the pictures! :)

Bad Week

Last week was a bad week at our house! On Tuesday night Addy started vomiting a ton. She got to the point where she was dry heaving. It was horrible to watch. :( We decided to take her to the immediate care center around 8:30 pm. They told us to watch her for 2 hours and if she continued to vomit/heave we should take her to the ER. Sure enough she did it again as soon as we got home. We headed to the ER at 10 pm. It was a long wait, but when they saw her they decided to give her IV fluids and do blood work. It was so sad to see her with the IV and all of the sticks they did to get blood. She was definitely a trooper though! Around 3 am, the doctor said that he wanted us to try some Pedialyte, and if it stayed down we could go home. She kept it down, so we were finally heading home a little before 4 am! We were all exhausted! Oh yeah, while the doctor was talking to us he asked what was wrong with my eye. It turned out I had pink eye! So he gave me a prescription for that.
On Wednesday JC still had to work. I have no idea how he did it. I called in sick to work and stayed home. My mom was great and came down to help out so Addy and I could get some rest! :) She was pretty out of it all day Wednesday, but was able to keep Pedialyte down. By Thursday she was eating a little again, and she was back to normal by Friday. :) Saturday morning I woke up with pink eye in my other eye - it was not our week! I am glad to have that behind us! I sure hope not to have another week like that again soon! Enjoy the pictures of our healthy little girl. :)
